TRENDZ B2B is a trade-only fashion sourcing expo. Entry may be restricted to verified business buyers. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without assigning reasons.
Visitors acknowledge that the Organizer does not verify product quality, pricing, authenticity, or commercial commitments made by exhibitors. All transactions between exhibitors and buyers are independent commercial agreements entered into at their own discretion and risk.
The Organizer shall not be liable for disputes relating to product quality, delivery timelines, payment terms, or post-event contractual disagreements.
Visitors consent to photography and videography conducted for promotional purposes.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION
All disputes arising out of or in connection with participation in TRENDZ B2B shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. Failing settlement, disputes shall be adjudicated under applicable Indian laws.
FINAL DECLARATION
Participation in TRENDZ B2B constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Exhibitor Policy, Visitor Policy, and Privacy Policy. These policies form an integral and binding part of the contractual arrangement between the Organizer and participants.
