1. Legal Binding Nature
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between the Organizer and any person or entity accessing the website, booking a stall, registering as a buyer, making payment, or participating in TRENDZ B2B.
Under Section 10 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, a valid contract arises when there is free consent of parties competent to contract, lawful consideration, and lawful object. By making payment or registering for participation, the participant provides lawful consideration and accepts these terms voluntarily and with free consent.
If any participant does not agree with these terms, they must not proceed with registration or payment.
2. Nature of Services
TRENDZ B2B operates exclusively as an offline trade exhibition platform. The Organizer provides:
- Exhibition space (stall area)
- Event management and operational support
- Marketing and promotional outreach
- Access to trade visitor footfall
The Organizer does not act as an agent, distributor, guarantor, or partner in any commercial transaction between exhibitors and buyers.
3. No Guarantee of Commercial Outcome
Participation in a trade exhibition involves inherent commercial risk. The Organizer does not guarantee minimum footfall, sales volume, revenue generation, business leads, return on investment, or post-event business outcomes.
Under principles of commercial contract law, participants acknowledge that the Organizer’s obligation is limited to conducting the event and providing stall space and associated services. Business performance depends solely on market forces, product quality, pricing, and individual exhibitor capability.
